RETURN POLICY
Need to return your Jeizer article? Send us an email at: jeizerclients@gmail.com and tell us the order number, the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or exchange the item.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you don’t love the fit of your Jeizer article, you have a 14 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us.
Please note, unwanted items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused. Item must be returned with all tags attached in the original packaging in which it was received.
If you purchase a Jeizer's article and it’s just not the right size for you, we will gladly exchange it for you with another size. Please note you can only exchange for the same item in a different size.
Once we receive your return, we will check it and we make every effort to ensure a prompt refund for you.
Jeizer returns are processed within 14 days of either a Cancellation or a Return.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been sent.
Please note, refunds may only be issued to the account used for payment.
